It was a very tight construction site, with several neighboring businesses to contend with, including Cub operating in their former store, and Copeland pulled it off on budget, on schedule (also very tight), with no surprises.

This was the thirteenth construction project in my career. Each of these projects were successful, however, the Health and Human Services Project was the most trouble free and enjoyable for me.
